Welcome to Mimbo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mimbo mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using Mimbo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Mimbo is owned and operated by Wissam Habib, Lebanon.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mimbo. Users between ages 13–18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Mimbo is intended for pet owners and animal welfare purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all actions taken under your account.

Mimbo allows users to upload content including:
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant Mimbo a non-exclusive license to display it within the App for as long as it remains posted.
Users may report any inappropriate content, including Rescue Center posts, Pawstagram posts, comments, user profiles, and chat messages. Reports are reviewed manually by our moderation team.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or endangers the community.

Mimbo uses optional location data for the “Vets Near Me” feature and for Rescue Center cases when you choose to attach a location. You agree not to misuse these features to deceive, stalk, or harm others.
Donation links lead to external NGO websites. Mimbo does not process payments and is not responsible for the content or policies of external websites.
The AI assistant is for animal-related questions only. It receives only your question—not personal data—and does not store conversations after the App closes.
AI responses may be inaccurate and should not replace veterinary advice.
If ads are enabled, third-party advertisers may display ads within the App. Mimbo does not sell personal data for advertising.
We may terminate accounts that:
All Mimbo branding, logos, and app content (excluding user content) are owned by Wissam Habib. You may not copy, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
Mimbo is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mimbo and Wissam Habib from claims arising from your content, actions, or misuse of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes must be handled in Lebanese courts.
