You can access much of your information inside the app (for example: Account Settings, your pets, your posts, and your rescue cases).
You can also manage notifications and certain preferences directly in your device settings or within the app.
If you want a copy of the personal data associated with your account, contact us using the email below from your registered email address and include your username and phone number (if available). We may ask for additional verification before fulfilling the request.
You can delete your Mimbo account directly in the app: Menu → Profile & Activity → Delete Account.
Account deletion is intended to remove your account information and associated content from the app, subject to limited retention where required by law or to resolve safety, abuse, or fraud issues.
